The Business Centre

The centre boasts CAT5 cabling throughout with a 2mb/s uncontended leased line Broadband service and a Samsung Officeserv 7200 telephone system which runs on ISDN telephone lines ensuring the best quality digital calls. Direct Dial In (DDI) telephone lines ensure corporate identity within the centre. Each workstation benefits from voicemail.

The offices are rented on a licence agreement which is less onerous than a lease. Your licence will be for three months but should you wish to cancel your agreement, one month’s notice would be required. Thereafter, a twelve month agreement will be drawn up and a notice period of three months would then be required.

A photocopier is located on the lower ground floor to which tenants have full access via their own code. The centre has two kitchens, one on each floor, fitted to the highest standard with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and kettles.

A stair lift is fitted for disabled access. Secretarial assistance is available.
